The resistance works with plate weights. The adjustments of the movement track are versatile and every trainee can find a suitable adjustment for himself. The starting position starts really deep, so that the range of motion remains as long as possible. The resistance of the motion track becomes slightly lighter towards the end of the contraction, allowing the trainee to continue the exercise until the end while squeezing.
