Ironfit low row 503B
The IRONFIT low row is designed with two different resistance functions. The first is a very traditional direct resistance ratio, and in the second, the plate weights are placed closer to the joint point, so that larger loads can be used and thus a better muscle feel and a more efficient negative phase of the movement.
The low row machine is loaded with weight plates.
